Growth & Social Media Marketing Manager


The Growth & Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for owning and executing social media presence, digital advertising, and audience growth strategy across platforms. This role is highly hands-on and execution-focused, while also contributing to broader marketing strategy and experimentation.

This position reports directly to the VP of Creative Services and works closely with Creative, Product, Revenue, and Technology teams to drive awareness, engagement, subscribers, and lead generation.

This is a key role in building a powerhouse marketing team—someone who brings energy, creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong interest in AI-driven marketing workflows.

About the Role


Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Own social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.

  • Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to grow followers, subscribers, engagement, and brand visibility.

  • Manage content calendars in collaboration with creative and content teams.

  • Guide and optimize short-form video, long-form video, static, carousel, and campaign-based content.

  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement trends to inform future content and community strategy.

  • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Key responsibilities


Paid Media & Online Advertising

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Own online advertising budgets, including forecasting, pacing, testing, and optimization.

  • Design and execute re targeting strategies using website traffic, engagement audiences, CRM lists, and campaign activity.

  • Continuously test creative, audiences, messaging, and formats to improve performance.

  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Required qualifications


Retargeting & Funnel Strategy

  • Build and manage multi-touch retargeting campaigns aligned with customer journeys.

  • Partner with internal teams to align paid and organic efforts with email, print, and AI-driven follow-up experiences.

  • Ensure retargeting efforts support broader lifecycle marketing goals (awareness → engagement → conversion).


AI, Automation & Marketing Workflows

  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, n8n, Zapier, AI assistants) to streamline marketing workflows.

  • Explore and implement AI-powered solutions for content ideation, performance analysis, audience targeting, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on testing new AI-driven marketing concepts and experiences.

  • Help shape how AI is integrated into Corefact’s broader marketing ecosystem


Strategy, Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner with leadership to align social and digital initiatives with company growth objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Design, Product, and Revenue teams to ensure alignment and execution quality.

  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across social, paid, and retargeting efforts.

  • Present insights, learnings, and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable way.

  • Bring new ideas, experimentation, and forward-thinking approaches to the marketing organization.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or social media marketing.

  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations.

  • Proven experience running paid digital and social advertising campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of retargeting strategies and audience segmentation.

  • Experience working with or implementing AI tools and marketing automation workflows.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize quickly.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Experience in real estate, SaaS, or marketing technology is a plus, but not required.
